Welcome to CTCE Federal Credit Union. We are a full service financial institution, serving over 15,000 members throughout Berks and surrounding counties in southeastern Pennsylvania.
CTCE Federal Credit Union was established in 1970 by eight employees of Carpenter Technology Corp. Today, the credit union serves over 250 companies and anyone that lives, works, worships or attends school in the City of Reading. CTCE provides a wide array of financial services including loans, mortgages, credit cards, STAR cards, payroll deduction, direct deposit and more.
